Michael is an Innovation Architect with IXL Center. He leads the development of Invironment™. The Invironment™ model uses a design thinking approach to process layout for innovation teams in major corporations. He leads the delivery of the Innovation Olympics and the Competing for the Future Programs where he works with up to ten major corporation and drives client pursuit teams to generate new growth platforms and project pipelines.

Example clients that Michael has worked with include governments like the Chamber of Industries for Guatemala, major corporations like Panasonic, and medium-sized technology companies like Mindjet. These projects are complex encompassing multiple stakeholders, multiple teams, and a variety of challenges.

Prior to IXL Center, Michael worked with public and private sector clients designing and implementing innovative spaces to increase movement and connections between peoples, ideas, projects and programs. He has created and implemented world-class design solutions for financial institutions, medical and industrial sectors, as well as commercial and private architecture.

Michael shapes innovative solutions through focused project-level involvement, applying a unique perspective with new approaches throughout his work. He has a degree in Architecture from Iowa State University and a registered architect and licensed project manager in the construction industry.
