Arnaldo Arnal is an Operations Professional form Caracas Venezuela, with over four years of experience in process optimization throughout the supply chain in both service and manufacturing industries. Has consulting experience in Strategy and Organization projects for both SMEs and fortune 500 companies in both Latin America and the US.

He now works as a Consultant for the IXL Center, where he has had the opportunity to work as a mentor for 10 companies in Colombia through the process of Innovation Management, be part of the design team for the new Global Innovation Management (GIM) Institute platform and worked as research associate  writing and building the case for the 2015 Hult Prize Challenge, which focuses on Early Childhood Education.

Arnaldo has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana (UNIMET) Caracas Venezuela, a Master of International Business from Hult International Business School, Cambridge MA, a Diploma in Project Management from Centro Internacional de Actualización Profesional UCAB, and is certified in Lean Six Sigma and has a GIM Institute certification in Innovation.
